Creo Elements/Pro is a part of a Creo suite together with Creo Parametric. The suite\x92s development began in 2009 by PTC, a software company with headquarters in Boston, Massachusets. Creo Elements/Pro is a program that is used for solid modeling or computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided modeling (CAM), computer-aided engineering (CAE), and associative 3D modeling. It is used in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and design by product designers and engineers. Creo Elements/Pro is running on Microsoft Windows.

The key features of Creo Elements/Pro can be divided into three categories: engineering design, analysis, and manufacturing. Creo Elements/Pro provides a variety of tools that enable users to create digital blueprints of products which include the full wiring, pipes, and other fixtures before the manufacturing launch. The analysis aspect of the program enables users to create a prognosis of the manufacturing process from design optimization to human factors that might play a role in the end product development. In addition, the program provides a number of tools for the manufacturing environment, including specialty tools (i.e. molding and die-casting tools), as well as tooling design.

The program is currently available in 10 languages: English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese Simplified, and Chinese Traditional.
